UAE: The Camel Market at Al Ain

We took a trip to Al Ain, otherwise known as "The Oasis City".  Al Ain is a UNESCO world heritage site and one of the oldest continually inhabited settlements in the world.  It used to be the caravan route from UAE to Oman because of natural waters in the area.  Forts, the prehistoric tombs of Hili, the oldest museum in UAE, date palm plantations, and one of the oldest camel souks in the world can be found here.
